About the Role
Rock & Rose, Inc. is seeking an experienced, high-performing Landscape Construction Field Manager to join our team immediately. This critical leadership role oversees the execution of premium landscape installations from plans to completion.
To attract top talent, we guarantee a starting pay rate at least 10% higher than your current or most recent landscape field managerial position.
Key Responsibilities
- Crew Leadership: Schedule, coordinate, and supervise up to 5 active project sites and 5 installation crews (4–5 crew members per team).
- Plan Interpretation: Read, analyze, and execute architectural drawings and landscape plans precisely according to the contract's schedule of values.
- Procurement & Budgeting: Procure all materials, plants, and supplies needed for projects to ensure builds match planned designs and pricing.
- Clear Communication: Translate technical plans into clear, daily actionable tasks for field personnel to drive efficiency and maintain budgets.
- Software Tracking: Utilize landscape management software to oversee scheduling, tracking, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum experience in a dedicated landscape management position.
- Software Skills: Proven experience using Aspire Landscape Management software (or a closely related enterprise landscape system) is required.
- Leadership Traits: Strong track record of running multiple moving crews simultaneously while keeping projects on schedule.
