Field Operations Manager – A-1 Testing
Full-Time | $85,000–$95,000/yr (DOE) + Performance Bonus
Location: Reno / Tahoe / Truckee, with daily travel across the service area

A-1 Testing is a growing contractor for underground utility, septic and sewer services across Truckee, Tahoe and Northern Nevada. We're hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Operations Manager for a newly created leadership role, working directly with Owner Matt Wied. A-1 pays above industry standard and hasn't lost a single employee since day one.

What You'll Do:
- Lead daily crew briefings, job assignments and on-site quality checks
- Be the main point of contact for customers on active jobs
- Handle permits and inspections with local agencies (NTPUD, TSD, IVGID, Washoe, etc.)
- Coach crew members and run weekly crew and safety meetings
- Track jobs, materials and documentation in Housecall Pro
- Help build the company's systems and procedures as we grow

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years leading a field crew (foreman or equivalent)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in underground infrastructure (water/sewer/septic/excavation) or a related trade (plumbing, landscaping, civil, utilities)
- CDL, or willing to get one within your first year (we'll help)
- Hands-on, self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, including snow
