Property Manager for Large Multi-Family North Lake Tahoe Townhome Resort

-235+ townhome premier mountain Homeowner Association resort seeking experienced property manager.
- This is a hands-on position for an experienced self-starter.
-Proven leadership.
-Construction with property management experience.
-Constant Rebuild of balconies, staircases, siding and painting 43 5,000sf buildings.
-100 acres of wooded property with 2 creeks, 1000 trees
-Snow removal, snowplow and front loader experience.
-Interact with local public utilities, resort association and building department.
-Short term rental and or hotel management a plus.
-fHomes are full-time and part-time homeowners with STR’s / rentals.
-Business degree, general contractors license  or construction management degree a plus.
-Hire, train and manage maintenace staff and seasonal help.
-Operate a front loader and snowplow trucks and equipment.
-Ongoing construction and exterior painting and building repair.
- Pool, clubhouse and tennis court maintenance.
-Work with homeowner board of directors. Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Proven supervisory skills in construction management and or hotel or multi-family property management.
-Develop ongoing maintenance repair schedule and associated budgets.
-Must be experienced in preparing RFPs (requests for proposals) with strong negotiation abilities through the bidding process.
-Davis Sterling Act knowledge and/or real estate law experience a plus.
-Snow and high mountain resort area experience required
