South Shore Local Government Affairs Committee
CATT Members Identify issues for South Shore Local Government Affairs Committee
CATT members came together on December 17 and spent an hour and a half to start the process of issue identification and selection of priories for 2020. Thanks to Mark Salmon with Pinnacle Real Estate Group for providing the meeting space. Issues that garnered CATT member attention include a possible cap on short term rentals in El Dorado County, the City’s Climate Action Plan, permitting issues at both the City and El Dorado County building departments, timeframe to turn in plans after an allocation is granted, and release of TRPA residential allocations.
All CATT members based in the City or El Dorado and Douglas Counties will vote on the priority rankings of these issues. Members will also be asked to decide on a regular LGAC meeting date and time.
Please contact CATT Government Affairs Manager Pat Davison for more information about the six issues or establishment of a South Shore LGAC: email@example.com or 530.550.9999
WHAT IS LGAC?
CATT's Local Government Affairs Committee is a permanent committee composed of members who are interested in Fees - Codes - Regulation - Policy. This is the committee that analyzes issues affecting the building industry and determines CATT position and strategy. This committee works very closely with CATT Government Affairs Manager Pat Davison.
