Commissioning / Energy Audits
BENDER will identify potential energy saving measures; we will estimate payback, provide as-built drawings and oversee the implementation of the energy saving measures during the commissioning and energy audit process for residential and commercial buildings.
We hold Professional Engineering mechanical licenses in both California and Nevada, providing residential and commercial mechanical and plumbing design and construction administration services.
General Contracting services
With a general contracting license in California, #957338, BENDER is able to provide turn-key design build services from design to installation. If your project is already designed, BENDER can provide the needed general contracting work.
Green Building Certifications & Energy Ratings
BENDER takes builders through the entire LEED™ for Homes process. As a HERS rater, BECx also provides Energy Star home certification in California, including blower door tests and duct leakage testing.
LEED™ Consulting and Documentation services
Our LEED™ AP and mechanical engineer and designer will provide the services needed to meet your LEED™ certification goals including documentation, energy modeling, oversight, contractor coordination, etc.
