Kellie brings 17 years of non-profit administrative and management experience from various organizations in the Reno Tahoe area. Previous Executive Director experience includes positions with Parasol Community Collaboration and North Tahoe Arts. Kellie will oversee CATT programs and initiatives, and coordinate staff activities with committees and the Board of Directors. In addition, Kellie will assume the role of Administrator for C.A.T.T. Community Project, CATT’s sponsored 501 c3 charitable organization.

Government Affairs Manager

Pat became CATT’s Government Affairs Manager in January 2018. Prior to that, Pat was CATT’s Executive Director, a position she held from 2005-2017.  Pat advocates for the Association on regulatory matters, works with the Local Government Affairs Committee, and is the Administrator for CATTPAC (CATT’s Political Action Committee). For almost 20 years prior to joining CATT, Pat worked for a variety of non-profit organizations representing private landowners and public land users.  Pat has extensive experience in grassroots lobbying, fundraising, membership development, public relations, and organizational management.

 

Membership Manager

In 2014, Peg joined the CATT team and brought more than 20 years of customer service, sales and marketing experience to the Association along with strong ties to the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee communities.  Peg’s responsibilities include designing and implementing the membership program to recruit new members and retain existing members.  This includes all application forms, brochures, advertising, and incentive contests.  Peg’s membership work is done in close coordination with the Membership Committee.  Additionally, Peg solicits ads for the CATT e-newsletter and website.

 

Events Manager
Karen Couwenhoven - eventinfo@ca-tt.com

Karen is CATT’s newest hire, coming on board in March 2017.  Karen’s background working with volunteers will be helpful as she organizes CATT’s mixers and three main fundraisers – the Golf Tournament, Sporting Clays Tournament, and Christmas Holiday Party.  Creating a new event, the Builders Expo, will  draw on Karen’s experience with trade shows and familiarity with the construction industry.  Karen is also responsible for coordinating CATT’s presence at the annual Seniors Breakfast and Truckee Home Show.

Office Manager

Valerie has been CATT’s Office Manager since 2016.  Valerie has a  background in office administration and customer service.  Valerie has a special talent with graphic arts and is CATT’s e-newsletter editor.  Valerie is also responsible for maintaining all membership records, implementing the Jobs to Bid program, overseeing the Annual Awards competition, scheduling classes, assisting the Marketing Committee, and updating the website.
